        ZL-1C型重錘式料位計適用于測暈敞口或密閉容器內(nèi)粉料、顆粒料、塊料等的料位檢測，特別適合于冶金行業(yè)較大比重物料場合。它能幫助用戶及時準確地掌握料槽內(nèi)物料的進料和消耗情況，以及在自動控制系統(tǒng)中作為槽位的自動控制和管理用，是物料儲運系統(tǒng)完全全自動無人操作的理想工具。

       該產(chǎn)品是我公司與寶鋼共同開發(fā)研制的項科技成果。它是我公司總結了1 0多年重錘式料位計制造、應用經(jīng)驗、吸收了國外同類產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點后，在本公司原有產(chǎn)品基礎上優(yōu)化改型的新產(chǎn)品。它采用了微電腦技術，具有結構簡單、定能穩(wěn)定、安裝調試方便、功能強、適應面廣等優(yōu)點。

使用重錘式探頭，工作可靠計暈準確、錘頭提升力矩大，可在進料或排料時使用。它可以應用在高粉塵、水蒸氣等場合的物料料位的檢測中。

具有過扭矩檢測和控制功能，能夠有效地保護電機，并使鋼絲繩在埋錘時玎不會被拉斷，過扭矩消失后能自動恢復到測定狀態(tài)。

具有自動測定、遙控測定、禁止測定等功能?？筛鶕?jù)用戶控制需要選用，還可適合車載式使用場合。

有6個可任意設定的高、低位報警點及2個自動生成的異常高、低報警輸出，可與各種系統(tǒng)自動控制功能配合使用。

具有料倉深度測量功能，可用于對未知深度的料槽進行槽深數(shù)據(jù)丈雖。

控制面板采用128X64 LCD多窗口中文顯示（或其它語種）。

在自動測定功能中，具有“T”、“T1+T2”、“C”三種測定間隔時間選擇，可以有效地防止溢料或空倉。

停電時用戶數(shù)據(jù)自動保存，復電后可自行恢復運行，無需重新設定數(shù)據(jù)

整機有多重機械及電氣保護，以廈故障自診斷控制輸出廈顯示功能，便于維護、檢修。
